Escape Rooms
What is an Escape Room?
Escape rooms are room-sized games you play in-person. Each room has a unique theme, story, and set of puzzles. While inside the room your team will need to work together to complete the challenges inside the room and win in less than the time limit!
Each of our games last for around an hour. You have 60 minutes to escape!
Will I be locked in a room?
No.
Our rooms are never locked. You are free to leave the room at any point for any reason.
(Note: Leaving the room does not end the game or stop it. Once the timer begins it doesn't stop until the game's done!)
What if I am claustrophobic?
We haven't had an issue with this since our rooms are quite spacious and can accommodate most needs.
Leaving the entry door open or slightly ajar is always an option. We want everyone to have fun! (Plus, our doors are never locked!)
If you are curious enough to see the rooms before booking, call or email us to set up a tour!
What if I can't figure out a puzzle?
We offer unlimited hints! You may ask for however many or little hints you'd like. Simply walk up to the in-game hint monitor and ask "Can I get a hint?" and our staff will promptly send help over.
Unlimited hints are great for players that are mostly focussed on having fun rather than the challenge!
Sick policy
If you are feeling ill or have a cough or sneeze we ask you to reach out ahead of time so we can reschedule, offer store credit, or refund you. Escape Rooms are not worth getting yourself or others sick.
Our rooms have always been and always will be private. You will have limited (if any) contact with other guests besides your party.
Is there an age limit?
Our Escape Games are designed for players aged 12 and higher. Parts can be quite the challenge! We've had many adults fail our games even with extra time.
We've had players as young as four play our games and have fun! While there is not much designed for little ones in mind they can join in the fun.
This comes with the drawback that children younger than 10 (especially those who have not done an escape game before) tend to be the most distracting and destructive players. Because of this, we do not offer different prices for children.
Can you play the escape room play intoxicated?
No.
If you are noticeably intoxicated we may ask you to leave or reschedule your game to another date.
Having fun and staying safe are our priority. Save the victory shots until after the game!
(It should go without saying that an activity requiring you to think critically may need your brainpower, uninhibited. But here we are...)

Booking An Escape Room
How much is a reservation?
Our Escape Rooms are $39.99 per person.
To make a reservation, a deposit of $39.99 (one person) is required. All other players can complete the payment online or in our lobby the day of. Cash and card for general audiences is preferred.
Reservations are highly recommended. Online reservations can be made 3 hours in advance. If you are looking to play in less than 3 hours give us a call (559) 840-1579
Last-minute accommodations can be made based on availability.
We recommend important reservations to be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Reservations can be made for up to 6 months in advance. Contact us if you would like to make a booking longer in advance.
How many people can play, and can I add extra guests to my booking?

If you would like to bring additional guests after you have made your booking, have them fill out waivers ahead of time and we can add them to the reservation in our lobby.
Don't plan to bring more than our max capacity in a room! Rarely we will make an exception, always reach out ahead of time.
How do I apply a gift card or coupon?
Apply coupons and gift cards at checkout.
If you have a code or gift card from our previous location and it doesn't work give us a call.
All legitimate codes are valid, but not all are integrated into the system as we are still reopening our doors.
Can I see the rooms before making a reservation?
Absolutely.

Are your rooms private?
Our games are always private for no extra cost!
The only players in the room with you are the ones you bring along. (Don't bring more players than the maximum capacity for the room!)
I've already made a booking, but I need to change my party size!
As long as one player still plans on playing the escape room after you've made the deposit, it is not necessary to contact us. The total number of players will be adjusted in our lobby the day of!
Don't plan to bring more people than the max capacity.
Somebody in my party can't make it, what do I do?
Fret not! As long as there is at least one player in attendance, you can play the escape room!
If it is more than 24hrs in advance contact us to reschedule.
We don't charge for players that can't make it!
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Bookings canceled or rescheduled 24hrs in advance will be eligible for a full refund or store credit. Bookings canceled or rescheduled in less than 24hrs will be eligible for store credit.

Our bookings close 3 hours in advance, but we may still have availability depending on our staff and rooms.
Do you allow walk-ins?
If you are wanting to do an escape room on a whim, give us a call to see if we can accommodate your group!
It's rare that walk-ins work out, especially during the busier times of the year ironically when walk-ins happen the most. Our rooms are typically either booked out, or our staff is only currently helping other groups
WAIVERS
Every player is required to sign liability waivers before playing our escape games. In the case of players 17 and younger, guardians can complete the waiver for them.
